I'm owned a two-tone green F-type Victor S2 around 12 years ago. What I found extremely helpful was the Vauxhall Victor Owners Club. The contact there was Mike Knowles and I visited his house once and it was full of early Victor stuff. I don't have contacts anymore but good luck with the resto.

I replaced the F-type with an FB and the F-type was nicer to drive, once you watched your knees getting out with the wraparound windscreen.
