Isas.exe how do i remove it

when i turn on my computer isas.exe tries to open onto how do i remove it, i have done scans but i cant clear it.:mad:

not sure off the top of my head its either norton or mac afee, when i do a scan it finds a virus but when i turn it on the next time its still there. to be honest i'm useless when it comes to computers.
