Hello I am not a genius at the old pc game but I know when I am being screwed I have a French lady talking to me every time I turn on me laptop talking about porn sites and virus removal etc. Its an XLG Privacy Control Centre and I cannot remove it or even access my Desk top to get to My Computer to uninstall the bloody…

Hello

Would anyone have any clue as to how to get around this
I have tried cntrl alt del but cannot get to uninstall menu from there

Windows defender should be able to take care of this piece of malware alternatively try this link:

Make sure your OS is fully patched to prevent a re-occurrence
