Mac Trojans:Vundo and Downloader.gen.a

My Virex software identified these trojans to be present on my system but doesnt seem to be too enthusiastic to remove them. Can anyone suggest how to remore these trojans manually or reccommend a good Mac virus removal program: preferably free!
