PLANS to issue police officers with Taser guns were yesterday given a cautious reception by human rights groups.

The announcement that the weapons would be carried by regular officers throughout the UK. Jacqui Smith said £8m will be made available to equip up to 30,000 police response officers with them. This has been the biggest single order for the Tazer Manufacturers in the US and subsequently boosted their shares..

One would prefer to see cops carrying these instead of Guns however Just last week in Australia The NSW Ombudsman has recommended a two-year freeze on further roll-outs of Taser guns, saying police standards for their use are inadequate, and the health risks are unknown

They're all going to line up and take it in turns to taser you next time you go over there. Not cause they don't like you, but to prove your NWO theories once and for all. Unfortunately you won't be able to say I told you so. ever.

He's actually an agent of the real NWO being paid to misdirect us here. It's classic misdirection; bombard them with fanciful and far fetched theories to make the real conspiracy seem plausible. Have the sheeple worried about RFID chips implanted under their foreskins and then *BAM* enslave the lot.

We're through the looking glass here people.

Why don't we arm Irish cops with Tazers? Make cow tipping a lot more fun.

I think it maybe better for Mary Harney to get some taser for the healthcare system opposed to you the garda but the health system PR is already fecked

The Metropolitan police is to boycott the home secretary's plan to arm 10,000 frontline officers with Taser stun guns because of their potential to cause fear and damage public confidence.

The Metropolitan Police Authority said yesterday it had no intention of immediately taking up Jacqui Smith's offer to sanction an increase in the availability of Tasers. "We recognise the potential to cause fear and damage public confidence if the use of Tasers is extended to non-specialist trained police officers and is perceived by the public to be indiscriminate," the MPA said. "There is no doubt that in some circumstances Tasers are a very effective alternative to firearms or asps [metal batons] but their use must be tightly controlled and we have seen no case made out to extend their availability."

If tasers made people do the electric boogaloo I'd be all for them.

So R_T_T_H, how does it feel to be the most unpopular person on boards?

Hey R_T_D_H, did you hear that it was a big NWO lie that you can't use a hair-drier in the bath? It's really perfectly safe.

I called him on exactly that a couple of days ago. I'm pretty sure at this stage he's a plant from the NWO.

    So did I, but I think he's on a double-bluff.

Can I ask the Mods a question?

Why is R_T_D_H being allowed to CONTINUOUSLY post conspiracy threads in the after hours forum??????

There is a forum perfectly suited to these threads...it's called conspiracy theories.

If I recall correctly, the charter states that posting in a forum specifically to "reach a larger audience" may result in a ban. So, the argument that not more people read AH and so he should post here does not fly. If you apply the charter, then he should not be allowed to continuously post these threads here.

IMO, each and every R_T_D_H conspiracy thread that is posted in this forum should be deleted and/or moved to CT....and if he/she insists on continuing on posting these thypes of threads in AH, he should be given a ban.

Whats the point in him posting in the Conspiracy Theories thread, everyone there also wears a tin foil hat and lives on canned beans. They will all just be in complete agreement with everything he says making the point of posting a topic for discussion pointless.

This isn't a conspiracy theory. It's not even close to a conspiracy theory seeing as it's in a major newspaper.

We have all seen the type of info he posts. While some threads hint at an underlying conspiracy other threads expressly point to one.

I can see an argument in permitting him to post threads where he is not expressly pointing to a conspiracy, but threads where he expressly points to one should be sent to CT in my opinion.

In any case, his motives for posting this info is quite clear and he has never made any effort to disguise the fact that he is talking about conspiracy stuff...so why should he be continously allowed bring up these threads in an unsuitable forum,???

The entire point of differnet forums is that threads end up in the appropriate place. And it is not an argument to say that it will get more discussion here...as posting simply to reach a larger audience is against the charter. If it belongs in CT, then it belongs in CT...plain and simple if you ask me.

It thought the charter was pretty clear here.

It's more of a "Daily Mail". A headline reads "Flood of Troglodyte Immigrants!!!!!!" while the article is about Latvians working in the mushroom growing industry.

As the saying goes '' it's only one step from the jungle to the zoo '' .

    BBC NEWS

The taser guns will be needed to deal with extremely difficult to handle / violent individuals but only be used by specialy trained police officers .That's the Theory anyway .

But aren't you conspiring to shift him sideways, thereby kicking off another conspiracy? Anyone going to so much trouble must have an ulterior motive.
