Is any one using Ice Broadband as internet provider?. I'm thinking to stop using BT service because since they announced the upgrade to 3mb my speed went down and it is crap also I'm paying line rental for nothing because I do not use telephone, it is only to have the internet service. Any comments regarding Ice Broadband…
