So I had my first KFM session last night in UCC. I have to say it was great, I enjoyed it far more than I had expected. The instructor was very professional and helpful and really made it fun. It was his first time teaching KFM so he was as eager as we were to get started. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants fitness…

I'd recommend it to anyone who wants fitness anyway, I don't think there was a single person who wasn't sweating buckets by the end
