I can hear my neighbour snore at night time!

Apologies in advance because I'm not 100% what forum to throw this into.

I'm wondering who should I approach about this? I mean the sound proofing beside my neighbours bedroom and my own is just ridiculous, it HAS to be breaking some standards!?

Who should I approach about getting sound tests done, or should I just approach the builder? Anyone with previous experience with this?

    Thanks!

The Building Regulations set minimum standards for sound insulation and party walls.

If the building does not comply then you can persue the builder.
Have you raised the issue with the Builder?

    Non-compliance is futile!
