Problem with my netopia eircom router??

    The internet light on the modem keeps blinking and when i try and connect my laptop the wireless connection keeps going on and off every 2 seconds.

    Does any body no what the problem could be??

    Did u only get the modem?
    Maybe try with an ethernet cable to see if its in fact a faulty router.

    no i have it ages. its only a problem that i have recently... :( the connections are grand. and the internet works perfect on the computer thats connected through the Ethernet cable. its just when im connecting to the laptop through wireless and I can get my neighbours grand
