    ah, chiptunes, you gotta love 'em... except when they're played non-stop all day right next to you. gigsoc & gamesoc, brothers in harm...

    gigsoc's first gig is coming up this tuesday (4th) - all details on our myspace and bebo (links are two posts up). hope to see y'all there :) as well as that we've a drum workshop and jamming on wednesday in the black box theatre downstairs in aungier street su from 5.30pm. bring your instruments!

    Thought it went quite smoothly if I may say so myself :)

    No trouble, just about timed the soundchecks well, great sound, good crowd even though we couldn't publicize it during reading week! Onwards and upwards from here!

    I would agree :) many thanks to A Futurist Theatre, Kevin on a Bike, the Delinquents and Orla Casey for doin a fine job of sounding deggley.

    Next gig is already in the bookin', will post here when all's confirmed, and undoubtably you'll see more of Voltwad's posters around Aungier Street (and possibly even Kevin Street this time!) - if anyone from any other colleges is interested in postering up their respective colleges, please send me or Voltwad a PM about it. Cheers!

    I didn't mention that was on, did I? :o yes, tomorrow is Gamesoc VS GigSoc at Guitar Hero World Tour, Aungier St 4-027. All welcome! :D

    we're also looking into bringing a band into Aungier St on the last week of term... more info soon!
