What's behind all these sub-folders in Symbian Camera Apps

whats with all the subfolders in Symbian Nokia N82. So I get a folder " 200810" which holds all the photos for Oct 2008, but inside it I get 200810A0, 200810A1, 200810A2, 200810A3,. I don't want them and would like to know if they have a purpose/use , what this is?

Also what is their creation based on , it's not based on number of photos, so is it based on a total accumalated MBs, like max. folder size 10MBs or what. Thanks for anybody who know the logic/use for these sub-folders??????????

I think its for groups of pictures that were taken together.

Could u be a bit more specific, in folder 200810A0- I have pics taken on 1st October and also on 4th October.

This was happening to me when i got my N95 8GB but then i turned off the add to album and it sorted it.

Start the camera and go to options -> settings, you'll see it in there.

Have done that now, disabled albums, so will see, thanks for all replies
