Ceiling Stipling ???

anybody know if this can be done on small areas ??? had attic converted and builder didnt do the old attic entrance ?? and thinking of renting whole house out but wanant to fix it forgot to say im in dublin

Artex do a product called Roll On. 5lt tub with a Stipple roller included & its straight from the tub so for a small area it should be handy enough to do yourself.
