Just go down to the bottom left of your screen and change to white.

No fancy-pants User CP changes needed.

The blue skin actually is quite easy on the eyes ...as in not too strenuous.

the trick is to have the skin looking as much like a windows default colour scheme as possible. not as easy to spot from across the office that way
