Thanks Admiral. Tried to apply for this but got an email saying they'd run out but are giving a pdf download. Unfortunately they then only allow only 1 download attempt so since my download manager kicked in (and failed since it wasnt cookied into the site) they still count that as a successful download so I'm without a download or a postal version
