11.30pm or so on work nights, any time between 2am and 6am at the weekend.

Different every night, 1am-5am

About an hour to 3 hours after I go to bed. If at all.

Go to bed around 12, then stay surfing the net for hours so go to sleep far far too late.

1AM-3AM any day of the week, I stick to 8 hours a night and 13 hours after a nights out.

go to bed at 11 or so , then stay on the net or watch tv, usally fall asleep about 2.

I go to bed on a college night between 10.30 and 1.00...depends how tired I am.

Other nights....between 12.00 and 2.00 unless I've been out

go to bed about 8. go to sleep anything from 10 pm - 1 pm depends whats on telly.

Go to bed around 11 on weeknights; up at 7. Try to get around 8 hours a night, though I am sure it is usually more like 7 hours; with reading, getting up to pee, etc. Sleep is important to me and I love it

whoa im guessing im doing something wrong here

Week Days:

Goto Bed at 12:00-12:30AM
Goto Sleep at around 1AM

Week Ends:
Goto bed at around 3AM
Goto sleep at 3:30AM or later

And i wake up at 7:30am on the week days too
Feel wrecked

Got to bed at around 11 on week days, watch telly for a while and sleep at about 12.30.
Up at 7.30
