Why don't you tell them they are unworthy of management and the role should automatically be given to you, because you are after all superior without the complex.

Oh God, yes. A few years ago, I offered to help a new secretary. She replied, very bithcily, "you're a man and you can type?"

I replied, "You're a woman and you can drive, can't you?"

Never any problems after that as she never spoke to me again

They don't all have to but a few can be extremely unpleasant to work with.

I have worked witha lot of female and male senior mangers and directors over the years, and there are some power tripping women out there, nearly as many as power tripping men...

Personally I find ladies more easier to work with as they have less hang ups about being in management then guys do.....

I wish I was. A good session with an expert dominatrix is immensely sexually satisfying. Sadly, in these recessionary times, I have to cut back my visits to just three a week.

If you don't like women the clever thing to do would be to get help or go hide in a cave for the rest of your life!
