    Hi,

I have three guitars in total. I need to get rid of them all. But I don't know how or where to do so. Is going to shops and selling best, or is adverts.ie or ebay?
I would like to get the best price for them. One is quite valuable, the other 2 are standard issue and would not fetch too much.

I don't think I am braking rules here by posting this, if so, please close down

    D

Edit: Just found an answer to my question in an earlier post.

Post them on adverts.ie and have patience. It can take a fair while to sell good gear, even if it is at reasonable prices. You just need to get lucky with the person searching, you might have exactly what they're looking for. In my experience, that person normally doesn't have the cash at the time :pac:

Selling them to a shop will get you the least money as they have to factor in taxes onto to their end selling price and still make a profit.

Ebay - I don't have experience selling gear this way but you're automatically not competitive against sellers in the UK/Europe because of shipping rates.

Just seen you've found an answer but all the same.....
