    Hi,

I just opened a packet of Mozzarella and only used a small bit. The Mozzarella is packaged with saline water.

I put the Mozzarella that is left over in a bowl with the saline water from the package, covered it with cling film and put it in the fridge. Is that the correct way to store it? and should it last a few days like that?

    Thanks for any help/advice.

    No problem.
I have kept that Mozz for ages past it's sell by no problems.

What you've done sounds perfect. If you had dumped the salty water then it's easy to make your own brine. I've kept it for about 7 days in a fridge but replacing the water daily with fresh water.
