Whatever happened to Dave Roche?

I remember hearing about Dave all the time a few years back - Saw him on some CW tapes. He was due to fight Strebendt I think, but Strebendt got attacked by rocks that weekend? Is he still training?

I saw him at training a few weeks ago but otherwise I dont know
