Using Laser to buy clothes online

    Does anyone know of any sites where you don't need to have a credit card to buy? Is it even possible?

    Have you tried 3V vouchers - they are pre paid credit vouchers accepted by loads of sites (Visa) . You can get them in loads of shops. They are OK - but there is an admin fee . If you only use them 3 or 4 times a year the admin fees could work out less than the stamp duty on a proper credit card.

    I have bought few things online using:
    Paypal/3V, laser cards and sometimes cheques..

    Credit cards are bad news.. real bad :eek:

    When I first ordered from ASOS about 2 years ago, I ordered on my laser and didn't require the CCV number as mine doesn't have it but think you need the CCV now... pain in the ass!!

    maybe ring bank you got Laser from, maybe they can tell ya

    there isnt a great selection that i know of, in the consumer forum (online buying & auctions) there is a sticky for online stores that take laser, not much of a clothing selection, but if you come accross any it would be cool if you could add them there.:)

    I would never use a debit card on the internet unless the site was reputable.Would rec that you get a credit card. If your laser card was copied for fraudulent pruposes your entire current account funds can be accessed. It's a reality and it happens more often than you'd think.
