Owch. Well as far as i'm aware there are definitely classes on mondays 9-10 (sparring only), there's also a class on wednesday altho I can't remember the exact times - try giving Dave a ring on 0879043852, and you might want to tell him his sites been hacked if he doesnt already know!

Site back up and running

Mondays rolling from 9 - 10
Wednesdays 7 - 845pm Technique and rolling
Saturday classes will be back on just as soon as Rugby season calms down a bit.
