Was thinking today about the huge amount of forums on here, many of which have a dedicated group of posters, and how most of them I have never really bothered to look at.

And I decided to set myself a challenge: To post at least one post in each publicly open forum on boards.ie

The rules are simple:

1. I will do them in order and work my way from Arts to Sys including all subforums.

2. I will read through several threads, get a feel for the forum and post at least one post in a thread.

3. The post must add something to the forum. It must be useful, interesting, funny. (I can't guarantee this one, but I'll try)

4. Private and advert forums don't count.

So, I set out on this quest, with the first forum on the list- Anime and Manga.
This already poses me a problem, as it's a subject I know nothing about.

Fortunatly, I discovered a thread asking about the public's perception about manga. That, I could answer as a lay man.

You could pick up a whole lot of new interests and hobbies out of this which would be pretty cool

I wish you the best of luck, but I'd say it'll take you about a year! Is there a few forums you are not allowed to post in unless you're a subscriber?

This is certainly one of the most interesting concepts I've seen on boards, I wish you all the best with it and hope it broadens some of your horizons, as well as ispires others to check out forums beyond After Hours.
