Ian Walker - former Spurs keeper, lovely hair.

Bret Hart - The excellence of execution, I wanted to be the kid that got his glasses, but I settled for a similar pair from pound city.

Pound City....I had to make do with ones I got free in rice krispies.

As for me it was Ray Houghton.

    Mr Bean.

Not Rowan Atkinson, Mr Bean. The mute. Our imaginary conversations were rather one-sided.

My sis had Spurs and Arsenal team posters in her room (I know a touch odd lol) and on the nights I slept in there I would give them pep talks and team talks... I'd imagine the talk before the match, the half time talk (always with different socre lines) and interviews after the match. I was only 6 lol

I can remember having boyhood crushes on both Kim Wilde and Belinda Carlisle. I'd imagine neither of them have aged well though. Belinda Carlisle I always imagined to be a right dirty biatch who would take it all ways imagineable.

Lee Majors as The Fall Guy

    Tom Selleck as "Magnum, P.I."

Myself and a friend used to play 'Dukes of Hazard' - I was always the blond one (Bo not Daisy!)

I always wanted to drive KITT but now that I think of it I never pretended to be David Hasselhoff.

Peter Schmeichel, goalkeeping super-hero. I spent most of my childhood years trying to perfect all his techniques! I can now throw a football beyond the half-way line
Shame about the rest of my game... :D

I really wanted to be George (Famous Five), she was the coolest girl ever.
Then it was Nancy Drew and I wanted to marry one (didn't matter which one) of the Hardy Boys. :)

When I grew up and realised these were fictional characters I wanted McGyver, cos he was real and so handy to have around if you were in a jam :D

Is that show still going? It's always on RTÉ...

Timmy Mallett. Good ol' Wacaday. I have the theme tune as the alarm tone on my phone.

I knew my childhood was over when I became more interested in Michaela Strachan instead though.

    Hulk Hogan.

And me cousin. He wasn't famous, but he knew Karate, and I thought he was the only person in the world who could beat up Hulk Hogan
