IBB dsl very slow latly anyone else

i have dsl with ibb and it has been very slow for the last few days. pages are slow to load streaming very slow have to wait for it to load fully before i can watch. but downloading is fine

No I'm on IBB DSL 12 Meg and its extremely fast, admittedly I don't think Ive hit the 12Mbs full throughput yet, maybe bout 10 or so, but otherwise everything is perfect etc.

What sites are you trying to get too, have you tried traceroute to them pings etc, is it EVERY website or just a couple that you visit?
