Problem Posting Pictures

    On some occasions when I post pictures on the forums they don't show up, and the post appears to me to be empty. Anybody know what could be causing this?

    Are you attaching them to your post, or are you linking an image?

    Due to recent spikes in spamming behaviour that has included pornographic images being embedded in posts, I'm guessing that the IMG tag has been temporarily disabled on most if not all fora. So you can post a link to the image but not embed it in your post.

    If that was the case it would just remove the img tag and leave a link to the image.

    I just posted a pic in Humour using the [IMG]tags, worked fine. Example:[/img]urlendingin.jpg

    I saw the pic you posted, good stuff :D - in that case, possibly just an incorrect use of the tag? (Can't tell now as affected post has been edited, but it's not a case of the tag being disabled as I'd thought...)
