    Yep pantomime has always out sold real theatre in this country, sad but true. ;)

    WWE would be way way bigger than MMA in this country obviously, but I'm not sure how much selling power TNA has.

    At the last WWE show I was at they had Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels and Triple H performing... no MMA show could match that I'm afraid. Wooohh!!! :D

    Same as that, though the image of ric flair with his pants down taking bumps will haunt me for a long while!

    when will the tickets be on sale and how will i go about getting them?
    1 more thing,,does anyone know what the prices are like for ufc tickets?

    Hands up if you'd give Twink one.... be honest now.

    I think it will definitely sell out but I don't think anyone will have a problem getting tickets. I have to say I'm really impressed with the card. If it came I was expecting it to be poor enough but they're 2 quality headliners.

    But maybe the hottest?

    She's a minx. Between her, that Maxi one and Be Be Baskin for the hottest 80s RTE star. Maybe Thelma Mansfield as well. Get them as ring girls for this show Zuffa. If you know anything about Ireland you'll have Anne Doyle in the mix there too.

    Just a heads up to those enquiring about getting the best tickets. UFC Fightclub members don't necessarily get the best seats in the house. I'm a member and if you go onto their forums you'll find literally hundreds of posts with people bitching about how the system works and not getting the best seats. The fightclub gets certain blocks of differently priced seats which they then offer to members - you don't simply get to choose whatever seat you want. I went to 85 and ended up waiting for the general release of tickets at which point I got better seats in the price range I was looking for than I was being offered through the Fighclub before they went on general sale. Worth bearing in mind before shelling out the extra money.

    does anyone know the exact day that tickets are on sale?

    Usually go on sale 10 - 12 weeks b4 the UFC events over this side of the pond.

    Sign up for the UFC newsletter on their website, then you'll get an email giving you a few days notice.

    Fight Club dont always get access to the best tickets, but the advantage is yes get 3/4 days before the general public.

    Prices for UK shows have been from £30 to £225 as far as I can remember, however the £225 tickets are not necesarily the best. I'd advise anyone who hasnt bought tickets since the UFC stopped using ticketmaster, to go onto the ticketfactory website and search for tickets for UFC 89 in Birmingham, just to get used to the system, from what I can see there are floor seats for £100 which are as good if not better than the ones for £225.

    https://www.theticketfactory.com/online/seatSelect.asp?WSadmissions::admission::performance_id=5246C050-BD1D-4931-A1C8-73195DF201D0&brand=The%20NIA,%20Birmingham

    It will be great to get the UFC in dublin. They really are sportsmen at the highest level. Whenever I saw tickets on sale for UFC events in UK the prices on ticketmaster were £225 so I thought they were all that price. Good to hear that they're not. I hope its a 'light' card - nothing worse that watching big lazy heavyweights lay against the cage for 15 mins or on the ground for that matter. Love Henderson but I suspect that Franklin will be too big for him as Jackson was when they fought at 205. Both are game anyway - cant wait.

    They're fighting at 205. Franklin isn't a big light-heavyweight either, it should be even in that way

    We have an MMA forum now, also asking for tickets should be done through adverts.ie.
