N-Card Problem (DealExteme)

I just got my two Ncards. No information at all though. I've tried the two cards in the ds connected to my pc through usb and my pc isn't picking up either card. I click on DS Fireline then MoonShell and it then says an error occurs on a black screen. It doesn't give you much time to read all the text before it goes into dsystem. Is there any tutorials for this? People on the DealExtreme forums mostly say it is drag and drop when you get it.
Can somebody help me please if they can?
    thanks

That card seems to need "special formatting" before you can drag and drop. See here. I don't know what the format is yet.

Apparently (found online on another forum):
Dont format it in windows, format it in the DS.
put the card in the DS, then hold down START & SELECT immediately 'after' turning on the DS. A menu will apear. chose 'quick format'.....
..when it's formatted, drop the XMENU back in(which will create the system folder), then add the games...and bob's yer fathers brother.
