Help with stretching?

I've just taken up BJJ at 40 and I love it, but I'm in need of some help with flexibility. I tried some of the online stretching DVD'd but they are way too complicated. Any help would be great as I don't want to give up the BJJ

crusher if you pm me with an email address I have an ebook about simple pre/post workout stretches, they are not mad complicated and it pretty much does all your important body parts..

I'm a fan of what is known as PNF stretching.

Essentially you push against the direction you are trying to stretch to exhaust the muscle, then stretch,

BJJ is much hips and inner upper legs. Take a look at this video. I am following it for a while now and it's working.
