Does anybody know...boxercise/poledancing

    Hey,

    I sit at a desk all day and spend a further 20 hours a week sitting on a bus. As a result I'm gone a little podgy so I'm looking to tone up and get fit. Admittedly I've never been overly fit but I feel huge (height: 5ft 2in, weight: 9stone give or take a pound or two).

    I'm thinking of giving boxercise a go to tone myself up. I just feel that I need a complete engery boost and a total body revamp. Am also considering poledancing and know that there are classes in Newbridge but I'm not sure where.

    Can anyone tell me anything about either of these sports? Will I get the energy I'm looking for? :confused:
