HAS ANYBODY LOST BRAVO+1 RECENTLY?

im getting the "unsubscribed" message and i think a few other +1 channels have stopped working

you're ntl, yeah?

if so, go into "Help" on the remote, and then press the yellow button to restart. should give you back any missing channels

happens to me sometimes that I lose MTV and a few of the music channels. Just have to restart the box and it comes back

nothing happens when i press yellow
i get the help screen but thats all

because i've pulled out the card and switched it off

According to http://www.upc.ie/television/digitaltv/value/ if you're on the value pack you don't get Bravo +1 or any +1 channel.

didnt notice that
but up to a few weeks ago bravo +1 was working

I have bravo+1 on the basic

try plugging it out and then back in again?

Are you sure you aren't one package up? There are 3 packages now.

its the digital value pack
bravo+1 used to work, doesnt now
tried plugging it out, rescanning the network etc..
nothing
