UPC digital box looking for 3 digit code?

Hi all. My G/Fs UPC box is asking for a 3 digit code. It's only 3 or 4 days old... She tried ringing them all afternoon with no answer. Does anyone know what the code is?

131 is the code you require - if in Dublin
