Negril, Jamaica... ja mon. - Postcard beach, cocktails 24/7 and the best accent on the planet (imo)
Knysna, South Africa - Beautiful views of the lagoon and Knysna heads. The amazing oysters.
Kossen, Austria - lovely skiing and very few english speaking tourists.

All good, but Negril comes tops.

    Cadiz, Spain.

The weather's lovely. The people are nice and it feels like a forgotten part of the world.

New York, always wanted to go there and last year ended up going for a few days during the summer. I liked it so much we went back a few months later.

Another is Orlando, for me this is the opposite to new york, while new york is dark and cold and cool Orlando is bright, warm and tacky. Both amazing places in their own way.

For the women, the craic, the Kelvingrove, Celtic, Pangea at the Art school :pac: and the cheapness of everything, it's gotta be Glasgae.

    Fairly simple, anyplace that has:

    1. Sunshine
    2. My friends
    3. Beers
    4. Music.

I like all four things individually, but when they are all mixed together, it's hard to beat!

Vegas baby!!!! The most fascinating city in the world. Absolutely loved it.

Also anywhere that has sun, sea, sand and sexy women. The beaches of Oz will do for that!

Very little beats watching a sporting event in the flesh so I'd have to include football stadiums as well.

if you are going to vegas for history, you will be disappointed, they blow up all their history there :( would have loved to have seen the dunes or the sands where the rat pack played, the hilton showroom where elvis played, there is nothing of the original flamingo hotel left expect a small stone in the garden in memory of bugsy siegel

After home sweet home, id agree. Theres something about Italy. Of course when youve been into Serie A for as long as ya can remember AND ya have an interest in Ancient civilisations - that might explain it.

Its the weather, the people, the ordered chaos, the food, the wine, the sights (both natural and man-made), the weather, the football, the wimmin (omg the wimmin!) the " ah **** it lifes too short, more wine!" attitude.............did I mention the weather?

I hope Ill be able to retire to a little sun drenched piece of heaven in the Italian countryside.
