eBookers & Virgin - choosing seats

    I booked with eBookers. One leg of my flight is with Virgin. I'd like to try book Emergency exit seats. I rang eBookers and they said no problem, then I said Emergency Exit and they said these are assigned only at the airport. They suggested I call Virgin on 0870 3802007 (UK Number) to see if I can book with them.

    Before I ring Virgin and pay international rates I'm wondering has anyone done this before? I'm hoping Virgin will just say ok and charge me an extra few euro or whatever .. any experience?

    Oh joy .. well at least I know they're not all booked out ... but have a connecting flight so will probably be the last one to the plane !
