CFS Seminar - 23/09/08

    CFS (Control Fighting System) was developed by Renshi Noel McHugh. It teaches practical combat applications and principles, based in simple and realistic techniques.

    Dave Quinn, regional director of CFS is teaching a special seminar in NUI Maynooth (Large Sports Hall), on Tuesday 23rd of September.

    Time: 19:00 - 22:00
    Cost: €15, €10 to NUI Maynooth Self-Defence Club members.

    All styles welcome, just bring comfortable clothing and an open mind!

    Let us know if you're planning on coming along.

    Yup. If you could post or pm to let us know you're coming, that'd be great (as it'll give us an idea of numbers), but it's not necessary. Everyone's more than welcome to just show up on the evening and train on.

    I'll have to pull out i'm afraid.
    I took some heavy shots in scenario training over the weekend and have banjo'd my inner thigh.
