[Wanted] A room to rent near TCD

Hi!
I’m just wondering if anyone is still in need of a place. We’re renting an apartment 2 minutes from the back of Trinity-the science end- it’s just down and across from Alexander hotel. Couldn’t be closer really for all college activities, going out, sports, studying in the library etc! It’s nice, bright two roomed place, single and a twin and is in a secure quite complex. There’s two people already in it, one girl and one boy, 2nd year engineers. We’re decent, honest, down to earth people, good crack to be around (looking for someone similar!).

What’s up for rent is the other bed in the twin room, to be shared with either person, so doesn’t matter if a boy or girl applies. The rent is 456 euro per month (114 euro a week) and the lease is a year long (which started in August). The deposit is 483 euro.
