Sorry if this topic has been brought up before.

Just wondering why some people reacted very negatively (not from taking them) toward these tablets.

Bought a packet about a month ago, to try relieve some stress I was under. All though they helped some-bit. I still ended up having a "nervous breakdown".

So to other people out there facing some stress or worry, and considering these as a remedy. Save yourself by going to doctor or discussing these tablets with the chemist first.

Currently now taking mild dose of Olanzipine nightly, and occasionally the Kalms as well during the day (instead of over smoking).

But back to the original question people's thought's on Kalms?

    Regards,
