Stepaside is around about 20 a round as far as I know and its a decent course aswell.

Corballis in Donabate and the good old reliable Deer Park in Howth are probably the least expensive... on the north side anyway.. not sure about the southside.

Good course for a beginner, very few hazards, massive fairways plenty of room to play altough with only 2 par 3's makes it a long course. Greens are very easy too imo.
