Excellent work. I am thrilled for him. He had a few injuries the last while that hindered his training but I am glad to see he is back to doing what he does best. Smashing people on the matt :). Well done Fergal

i wonder if fergal will be back for the irish bjj open in october and whether he'll be competing. It would be great to see him in the mix with the other irish purples and perhaps sebastian torres.

Don't think Fruesli will be doing the Irish Open as hes doing the Scandanavian and Kent Open. Think the Scandanavian one is on the same weekend as thats what happened last year. Looking forward to seeing him in the Europeans though-pity Ryan Halls got his brown :)

Nice JOB Freusli!!!;) I think hes spent more time on a physio table, than I've had hot meals.

A huge accomplishment pulling that off ,with so many injuries this year. Well done Bro!:D
