lost o2 phone pin code

switched over last week,phone discharged,i forgot to take the pin request off and now don't know it. Can i walk into o2 shop with passport and sort it out?

or you could ring customer care and get it in about 2 seconds, 1909 for bill 1747 for prepay

Try it and see. Ring Customer Care and ask them they usually have that stored but if you have customised it then you are a bit screwed...

You can get the puk code on your o2 online account. Afaik it's still available?

he's not screwed, he just needs the PUK, the purpose of which is to override the pin when you've forgot it. it'll take a customer care agent seconds to get it or as flodis79 says, he can log into the site and get it too. it's also on the piece of paper that the sim was stuck to when it was first bought
