Web Radio on a Vista 64bit machine - Options?

I'd like to be able to listen to web radio on my DELL Vista Ultimate 64bit machine. I hate installing programs unnecessarily. Are there any pre-installed programs on DELL/Windows machines that I can use? If not, what small, neat program can I download to listen to radio? Thanks. D.

In Vista there are Sidebar gadgets to perform many functions, some useless, some useful. I use one to listen to the radio, it has five presets, which you can set up for your fav five stations. Google : Sidebar gadgets radio
