Quickest Route to Galway on bus?

    What it says on the tin, whats the quickest route to get to Galway from Kilkenny City on a bus? I'm heading to Uni up there and was wondering is theres any buses that go direct?

    Don't think so. You'd probably have to change buses in Athlone.

    Rang around and discovered JJ Kavanagh runs one every Sunday from the parade direct to Galway, should save me a good 3 hours from the alternatives between changing buses and waiting around for different ones!:)

    I presume so, runs Sunday evening and returns Friday evening, fairly decent rate too!
