Sale agreed - similar required

What does it mean, I’ve seen it on a few signs Does it mean: The house is sale agreed but we need a similar bid in case the buyer pulls out or The EA are delighted they sold a house and are looking for owners of similar houses in the area to sign up with them. They have potential buyers lined up I’m not sure :confused:

Yes, it's the latter.

Haven't seen as many around now , but it basically means, "Loads of people wanted this house, so if yours is similar, it'll probably sell".
