Does anyone know what the plan is for the road that has been proposed to turn left off the N11 just after Foster Ave, at the Raddisson Hotel. Does anyone know what the plan is for the road that has been proposed to turn left off the N11 just after Foster Ave, at the Raddisson Hotel. The road is planned to travel parallel with Foster Ave, then fly over or go under Roebuck Raod and on to The Goat pub at Goatstown via Knockrabo. The lands that this road proposes to travel through have ben CPO'd and there has been talk of this development for over 20 years!

Can anyone enlighten me on the current status of this planned development?

Won't be a serious contender for at least 10 years. They did a cost benefit analysis there recently which suggested it wasn't worth it, for now.

I'd say it'll be built sooner than we think though, but public transport projects like the rail interconnector and metro north will come first, as they should.
