carlson gracie hammersmith is only a short walk from the neareset tube station and only charge £20 PER WEEK for unlimited training for visiting students.Roger gracie ladbrook grove is much more expensive,£17 per class or £100 a month but they may give you a deal for 1 week.Ive been to rogers twice and the training is good with 2 classes per day for blue belts and above and good numbers in each. Its all gi though with only 1 no gi a week.Roger will most likely not be teaching as he has a fight coming up in japan. The other coaches are very good .
