'But Dyer and Whitton’s own website - bigfoottracker.com - appeared well prepared for the onslaught, advertising opportunities for the public to take guided tours in the footsteps of Rickmat for $499 a time, and selling T-Shirts declaring: “Bigfoot for President.” '

I don't normally go in for all of this paranormal crap but they are going to give dna evidence which should prove it one way or the other. If it was the case of it being a monkey suit in a freezer they would want to pretty stupid to offer dna evidence for testing. I'm not saying I believe its true or anything but I wouldn't dismiss it straight away.

I dont believe it, but I am curious how they can back out of it considering they said that, we'll know tomorrow I suppose. Id imagine the body will be stolen by vandals in the middle of the night or something, or maybe even Manbearpig, who knows:rolleyes:

And what, pray tell, are they going to compare this DNA evidence to?

To already known species in the Hominidae family, for them to prove it as genuine it would have to have somewhat similar DNA to other Great apes but not the same as a known species.

Hominadea, hominadea, oh in the jungle, the lions jungle, the lion sleeps tonight.

    Sorry, I couldn't resist that.

Really though, it must be the global weather, because the illustrious Sun news paper today stated that some policemen feel they may have photographed a chupacabra recently too.

I'm off into the field out back to see if I can catch me a Púca.

    There website says Service Unavailable.

Is that because of too much traffic or have they shut it down?

Apparently they found human and possum DNA. Yes, possum.

Something tells me this story has peaked.

Haha brilliant. It will be funny to see what they do now. I hate this "undisclosed location" and unnamed scientist crap, not showing the body at the press conference shows in itself its a hoax even without the possum dna.

Link to an article about it for anyone that wants. http://www.sciam.com/article.cfm?id=bigfoot-press-conference-biscardi&sc=rss

Two American hunters say they have a bit of a surprise in their freezer: a Bigfoot, or Sasquatch.

The pair, Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer, say that they discovered the body of the mythical apeman in a remote forest in northern Georgia - USA not Eastern Europe - about two weeks ago.

They plan to present "DNA evidence and photo evidence of the creature" at a press conference in Palo Alto, California, tomorrow and an associate said that the body would be on show as well....

    Georgia, you say?
