    hey,i do kickboxing and muay thai and i was just wondering if anyone cud give me tips bout practicing sparring on my own at home. any drills or nething i cud be runnikng through??all advice is much appreciated!

    -shadowbox or practise your drills/combos in front of mirror,keeping an eye out for any gaps you're leaving

    There's no way of practising sparring at home, you need a partner unfortunately. You can do lots of technique or get yourself fitter though.

    cheers,thanks for the replies.wat kind of technique drills would u recommend...punching and kicking combos,posture,etc??

    Punching and kicking combos are good, also watching out for posture and where your legs and arms are when you perform certain moves so that they are properly aligned.
    Also to get yourself ft try intense workout with weights and running to keep you in shape.
