Worst mainstream film to watch with your parents.

    A friend of mine told me that he watched Monsters Ball with his parents a few weeks ago, I couldn't think of a whole lot worse.

    Ideas?

    There is a movie with Sylvester Stallone and Sharon Stone which has a lot of extended sex scenes. I had the misfortune of seeing that one with my folks. :(

    I don't know if either of those would be mainstream... But yes Spanking the Monkey would not be pleasant to watch in the presence of your mother. Along with any other incest drama (Oldboy for example).

    Agreed.. but those 9 minutes moreso.

    Another two be 'Requiem For A Dream' or 'The Rules Of Attraction'.

    The 40-Year-Old Virgin is quite something, especially if you watch the extended scenes in the DVD Extras. There's some real "method acting" going on there, especially in the Waxing scene. :eek:

    That was the first movie that popped into my head when I read the thread title. Just after it came out my brother rented it and he and his girlfriend attempted to watch it with my very proper English Nana. She started yelling at him for bringing porn into her house and making her watch it.
