Whirlpool washing machine 6yrs old won't spin

    Hi there,

    Can anyone please advise me if my washer is worth repairing? It seems to be washing fine but will not spin for me?

    No spin suggests there is a blockage somewhere. Have you cleaned out the filter? It's usually near the base of the machine behind a flap.

    Hi Byte,

    I have just clean all visible parts and unscrewed the filter at base but there wasn't a blockage that was visible. I have just put on a wash hoping that it may have cleared. Thanks for your time in answering my query.
