Kick for Kick at Joe Lauzon's family party. All I can say is OUCH. Even one of those kicks would make me curl up and cry.

Those kicks look so sloppy and weak.. could just be the way they look, though.

Have you ever taken a shin kick to the thigh?

lol - even though they aren't going 100% hard, those still hurt! people don't know until they get hit by them. unless you've conditioned your legs over time, it will hurt like hell.

Have you seen this one? http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcnQK_-cSi4

It seems that they were careful not to hurt each other.

Agreed, from the look of them the two guys train ( especially given the party they were at ) and those kicks were not thrown at the top end of the scale but they still hurt like a bastard. You could even see that both of them were concious of throwing high to avoid any damage to the knee area.

That said, leg kicks hurt.....a lot.

I remember the first time i leg kicked one of my regular training partners and he nearly died. He had a kickboxing background and wasn't used to them at ALL.

anyone saying this is nothing never took a leg kick!
personally i think there idiots for doing it though.
