Hole in the Wall, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7. Great spot, my local. Great selection of beers, wine shop halfway through pub, lovely bar staff, delicious food and on the doorstep of the Phoenix Park....I couldn't ask for more :-)

Either Ryans or Vaughans in Roundstone, Connemara.

In Dublin it's either the Castle in Rathfarnham or else the Porterhouse in Temple Bar.
